Home Needed: Addie, a Cute Calico Cat

Addie: Looking for a warm lap and a snuggle.

A little about me … I am a very friendly, sweet and inordinately affectionate young girl who runs the gamut from self-playmate, who can entertain herself for hours, to avid snuggle-bug, who seeks out people. Having an affinity for human laps (they make great places to sleep) makes me a desirable companion and a great bed warmer in the cold winter months.

I look like a Calico (true) and a Manx (false). At best, I consider myself a faux Manx. Unfortunately, my tail had to be amputated due to traumatic injury. I love this cute bobbed tail they gave me.  It’s like a new short hairdo – washes up fast and easy to style. And it absolutely does not stop me from doing anything my heart desires whether that be climbing on windowsills or playfully darting through the house to work off my kitten crazies.

I am searching for a special someone (or even two!) with whom I can explore, be myself and enjoy doing everyday things. While not a fan of dogs (they scare me), I have no issue with other cats. I am also a bit hesitant around young children and would prefer to be around adults. That said, I am not picky, I just want lots of love and a warm lap.
