Adopt Natira, A Young, Tortoiseshell Cat

Beautiful Natira has her whole nine lives in front of her to share with you.

My name is Natira and I am certainly the most beautiful tortoiseshell cat in the world, if not the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You do want to adopt me, don’t you?  I know it is hard to resist my striking colors. But, even though they say beauty is only skin-deep, you should know I am quite beautiful on the inside as well.

Now that we have that out of the way, hold out your hand so I can sniff you. Gentle introductions are important to me, and that’s my way of learning a little more about you. I’m a sensitive soul, so it may take some sniffing to ease my mind—but I promise it will be worth it. Once we are pals, you will find that I love to play. My foster has a great wand with tinsel and I chase it around in circles until I am dizzy. Humans really can be such fun!  Oh, I also love to eat. All food is good. I am not fussy when it comes to kibble and I love treats.

One of my favorite foster tricks is “pet-n-purr.” The more she pets me, the more I purr, which she seems to really like. What is it about you humans and purring? Well, making those rumbly noises seems to get me what I want, so I am going with it. My foster also likes to hold me. That is taking a bit of getting used to, but it isn’t a bad feeling at all.

As you can see, I am a special, young cat, barely out of kitten hood and with my whole nine lives in front of me. I’d like to learn to love life with you.  Are you game?  If so, please call so we can get started!
