This place, 15 Candlewood Road in Lynnfield, is unique in that it was reportedly designed by the prominent area architect Royal Barry Wills and constructed in 1988.

It’s got a unique shape, as well as a barn-style garage complete with a cupola and an upper level room in it. This place even pulls off being purple – and that’s an impressive feat for a house. There’s an interesting interior that seems to invoke several eras. It’s listed as four bedrooms but there’s nine rooms in total in 3,965 square feet. It also sits on more than three quarters of an acre of land.
