Senior Center Announces Upcoming Events

These and other events are coming up at the Lynnfield Senior Center:

New Zumba Class for Seniors !!! Join us Mondays at 9am for a fun way to get fit. $5.00 per class at the door. You are always welcome to sit in and observe a class before joining.

New French Class – Beginner conversational French lessons will be offered on Wednesdays at 1:30 starting Jan 4. Free. Sign up at the desk.

Lunch and Lecture- Humor: A-Laugh A Day: Join us for a discussion on how humor helps us endure and stay healthy. Thursday, January 5th at 12:30 Free but sign up at the front desk.  Lunch is available at 11:30 for $2.00 but you must sign up by noon the day before for your meal.

Lecture – Privatus: Understanding your options – Candy Costas, RN,BSN  will talk on dealing with healthcare and aging issues for you or a loved one, including selecting the correct rehab or assisted living and how the costs will be covered. Thurs. Jan. 12th at 12:30, Free. Please sign up at the desk.

Lunch and Lecture – Hoarding and Letting go of the Clutter. Join us for an afternoon of discussion, tips and techniques on ways you can let go of the clutter and regain time for you.
