May 19: Free PACK Training Event

To show our support for all of the U.S. military branches, we invite past and active Armed Forces service members, as well as their friends and family, to experience the challenge of PACK Small Group Personal Training for free

Fitness Together is committed to the Armed Forces community. To show our support for all of the U.S. military branches, we invite past and active Armed Forces service members, as well as their friends and family, to experience the challenge of PACK Small Group Personal Training for free at our local Lynnfield Fitness Together studio on Saturday, May 19.  Join us for a fun, free military-focused fitness event at our studio located in Post Office Square Lynnfield from 8am to 2pm, to celebrate the men and women in our community who have dedicated their lives to our country.

Fitness Together’s PACK training is not your typical gym class. In a group of 2-4 people and a certified personal trainer, you’ll experience working out like never before following a systematic program designed to get results. 

  • Get In, Get Down to Business, Get On with the Rest of Your Day. PACK training is a structured, intense workout regimen that begins building endurance and strength from the moment you step into the studio.
  • Energize Your Exercise Routine. High impact workouts are packed with similar drills that military personnel face during their annual physical fitness tests. In only two months of training at Fitness Together, a Coast Guard Academy cadet increased her pushups by 15, her sit ups by 25 and dropped 2 minutes off her 1.5 mile time. Fitness Together’s results-driven attitude will help you pass your military physical fitness tests with flying colors.
  • Fuel Your Competitive Nature. In PACK training, like-minded people begin together, work together and finish together in pursuit of a common purpose and to achieve individual goals. FT drives people at all levels of conditioning to feel better, look better and perform at levels that exceed expectations.
