LET ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS DUE for 2014-2015 Calendar

Lynnfield Educational Trust (LET) Calendar!

The Lynnfield Educational Trust will soon be reviewing artwork for the
printing of the

LET 2014-2015 Wall Calendar.  To submit
artwork for consideration, please drop it off at your School Office no later
than Friday, April 4th.  All artwork will
be returned to your respective School following the selection process / calendar
printing.

In addition to displaying artwork from budding Lynnfield student artists,
the LET School Calendar provides key dates and times relating to School and Town
events including open houses, parent nights, school activities, PTO, school
committee, school council, town-wide events, and much more.  The LET Calendar is available for sale each
year before school begins in August and continues on sale through the Fall.

 Important Guidelines for April 4th
Deadline    

Acceptable MATERIALS:  Markers, Paint,
Crayons (not too light), Pencil (not too light), Pen, or 3-D objects (fabric,
clay, etc.). 

All selections will be scanned as graphic files; if your item doesn’t copy
well, we won’t be able to scan it. PLEASE, make sure when you write your name
on the back, it doesn’t show through to the other side.

Acceptable SIZE:  No larger than
11 x 17 inches. Larger or 3-D pieces may be digitally photographed/scanned at
300 dpi, labeled (Step 3), and emailed to Krista.Kane@martingale.com by the
deadline of April 4th;

LABEL ALL ITEMS Clearly:  STUDENT
NAME, Grade, Teacher, and NAME of SCHOOL must be written IN PENCIL on the back  of your art, otherwise your piece will not be
returned;

RETURNS:  All submissions will be
returned to your School Office for pickup at the end of June. Certain
selections will be kept until the Calendar is published and returned to your
school for pickup in August.  Please mark
your art, as we cannot return your piece if we do not know who YOU are ;

DUE DATE:  All art submissions
must be submitted by April 4th to your
School Office; digital photography or scanned pieces may be emailed by April
4th to Krista Kane at Krista.Kane@martingale.com.
