“Exceptional Family Pets Made Simple”
The Animal Hospital of Lynnfield
is hosting a community wide event Wednesday November 20th 7-9 pm. The purpose is to help existing and
prospective pet owners to experience the joys of exceptional pet ownership. “People want to experience the happiness that
comes with interacting with exceptional well behaved pets. The process begins by talking with others who
have succeeded. Through the years we
have seen countless pets bring untold joy to a multitude of households. The world needs more of this and less
computer junk.” says Dr. Christopher Meehl of the Animal Hospital of
Lynnfield.
A series of speakers with
exceptionally trained, and well cared for pets will speak about their
successes. Dr. Brenda Bouffard at the
Animal Hospital said, “The benefits and joy of owning a great pet are
significant and often transformational in the lives of children. We see this all the time.”

Dr. Meehl said the event is
something that he was inspired to organize after a recent dinner he had with
the noted author Temple Grandin. During
the meal she was talking about how her experience caring for horses as an
adolescent was transformational in her life.
“There is no substitute for real life positive experiences with
animals…You just can’t get that from a computer”, said Dr. Meehl.
At the event attendees will be
able to talk to other pet owners, (dogs and cats), who have enjoyed owning a
multitude of great pets. They will
share their own true insights and factors that led to their successes. Attendees will have a clearer picture on
the best way to have and enjoy the pet of a lifetime!
This event is free and open to all. The discussion should be particularly helpful
to families with children wishing to experience the true benefits of having an
exceptional pet. Light refreshments, signed
books by Temple Grandin, and other items will be given away.
