Here is a look at some of the upcoming activities planned by the :

Lunch and Lecture: Diabetes Presentation: Learn the 6 tests every diabetic should get and know the results for. We’ll talk about home monitoring, diet and nutrition. Presented by Walgreen’s Pharmacy. Thursday September 29th at 12:30. A baked fish lunch will be served at 11:30 for $2.00. Please sign up by noon the day before.

How to Get a Good Nights Sleep: Jackie Cervone, RN will be here to teach us about the importance of a good night’s sleep and techniques and strategies to help you get the rest you need. Free  October 13th at 12:30.  Lunch will be served at 11:30 for $2.00. Please sign up by noon the day before.

Emergency Medical Calls in Lynnfield: Have you ever wondered why fire trucks come along with the police and ambulance? Can they take you to your preferred hospital? What are the fees associated with emergency calls? Jimmy Alexander, EMT/Firefighter will be here to answer these questions and any others you may have. Friday, October 14th at 8:30am. Free

Lunch and Lecture: Dry Eyes- What you can do for relief: Dr Jason Rothman will discuss what you can do for relief of your dry eye symptoms. October 20th at 12:30. A Chicken club w/bacon will be served at 11:30 for $2.00. Please sign up by noon the day before.

New Zumba Class for Seniors !!! Join us Mondays at 9am for a fun way to get fit. $5.00 per class at the door. You are always welcome to sit in and observe a class before trying it.
