Obituary: Amelia Rose (Ciampa) Stolos, 90

Mrs. Amelia Rose (Ciampa) Stolos, age 90, died on Saturday at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She was the wife of the late John P. Stolos.

Born and raised in East Boston, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Elizabeth (LoConti) Ciampa. Mrs. Stolos was a resident of Saugus for many years before moving to Lynnfield.

She is survived by her children; Barbara Scott of NY, Jeanne M. Fedrowitz of Peabody, Betty Ebert of NH & Nick Stolos of NH, 10 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren. Mrs. Stolos was predeceased by her son Peter. She was the sister of Florence Laidley of Winthrop, Emma Miniscalco of IL, Lillian Moore of Saugus & the late Angela Fiorillo, Evelyn DeRosa, Joseph Ciampa, Phyllis Calsimitto, Elizabeth DeIorio, Dr. Arthur Ciampa.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, TN 38105.

Funeral from the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., Saugus on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at the Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Summer St., Saugus on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 p.m. Interment Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
