Lynnfield Senior Center Announces Upcoming Activities

The following is a list of upcoming events and activities provided by the Lynnfield Senior Center:

Free Blood Pressure Screenings every Tuesday at 10am.

Manicures : We have a manicurist every Tuesday , Wednesdays and Thursday. Regular manicures are $10.00. A shellac manicure is $20.00. Please call for an appointment. 781-598-1078.

Hairdresser: We have our own hairdresser! Please call for an appointment. 781-598-1078. We think you will love her!

Lunch and a Lecture: Sexuality-Michelle Caron from the American Society of Legal Nurse Consultants will lead an interactive discussion that centers around sexuality, closeness and the need to be involved with others. She will also review how diabetes, hypertension, medications and other stressors come into play. Tues. March 5th at 12:30. Free. Please sign up. Lunch will be served at 11:30 for $2.00/$3.00. Lunch and a Lecture: Shifting Gears- Michelle Ellicks from the RMV/DMV will present a program on elders driving safely. She will talk about the warning signs of unsafe driving and give safety tips to avoid problems. Suggestions will be offered for families dealing with unsafe drivers. She will also give details about obtaining a disability plate or placard. Tuesday, March 12th at 1p. Free. Please sign up. Lunch will be served at 11:30 for $2.00/$3.00.
