Home Needed: Libby, A Striped One-Year-Old Cat

My name is Libby and, not to be immodest, I am the cat who would win both miss congeniality and the pageant crown if I could enter the Miss America Contest. At one year old, I am the perfect combination of beauty and personality. Here are my stats: deep charcoal stripes set against a palette of silver, peach and white. Don’t you just love my striped leg patches?  And my slim figure and elegant face really show off my large, exotic, yellow-green eyes.  I am a shoo-in for the pageant crown.  Don’t you agree?  .

Of course, beauty is only fur deep—even with ever-so-soft fur like mine. But, my best quality is my amazing personality. I can be an energetic playmate or a laid-back companion. Point a laser for me and I am off in a minute, springing after it. I don’t know why I can never catch that red dot, but I am not giving up. When we are done playing, I am happy to lounge around and cat nap.  

I also like a good conversation and I will always greet you with trills and purrs.  My favorite thing is to roll on my side and purr while you massage my nice smooth fur.  Yes, I do love to be patted and I will expect you to do that a lot.

If you are looking for an elegant, lively, but devote friend, I am the one for you. I don’t expect a diamond tiara, but I would like good meals, play time, a soft spot for naps, and my share of your love and affection. If that sounds good to you, let’s get together and see how we mesh.
