Five Things You Need To Know: September 26

Children's room is closed tomorrow at the library. Today at noon, Dr. TJ Macari has his third informational session on osteopathic medicine.

Today is Wednesday, September 26. Here are five things you need to know.

Library Update: The Lynnfield Library reports that the Children’s Room will be closed on Thursday, Sept. 27 for carpet cleaning. The rest of the library will be open for regular hours. The Children’s Room will re-open at its usual hours on Friday morning.

Osteopathic Medicine: Dr. TJ Macari has had a couple of informational sessions recently about osteopathic medicine, and today from 12-1 p.m. he’s having one at his practice at 40 Salem Street (The historic Timothy Munroe House with the ‘1690’ on the chimney).

Local Musician: If you’re planning on going to the Topsfield Fair, keep an eye out for Ryan Sweezey of Lynnfield playing some of his music between 7 and 10 p.m. on Saturday, October 6.

Friday At The Library: Looking ahead to the end of the week, the library on Friday at 3:30 p.m. has an Asian-themed Mid-Autum Moon Festival Celebration complete with stories, a lantern craft and a snack of tea and Chinese mooncakes.

From The Lynnfield Senior Center: Nancy Eisan from Eaton Apothecary will be at the Senior Center to discuss the use of OTC vitamins, minerals and herbal products, drug interactions and side effects.
