Carwash Fundraiser: The Lynnfield High School Cheerleaders are having a car wash fundraiser on Sunday, September 25, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and they're using eco-friendly cleaning products in the process. .

Memorial 5K: The 8th annual OD's Memorial Run/Walk, in memory of Johnny O'Donnell of Lynnfield, is on Sunday, September 25 starting at 10 a.m., with an 8:30 a.m. registration. Click here for more information.

Fundraiser At Sheraton Colonial: The Center for Performing Arts in Wakefield is hosting a fundraiser : An Evening in Monte Carlo at the Sheraton Colonial , September 24, 2011. 7-11pm. It will offer casino games, comedy of Paul D'Angelo, music of Audie Bridges' trio, passed appetizers, desserts, cash bar and silent auction and raffle items, including a signed Boston Bruins hockey stick, getaways, artwork and much more.
