Today is Monday, November 19th. Here are five things you need to know.
LHS Volleyball: Congratulations to the LHS girls volleyball team on a superb 2012 season. They came up short in the MIAA Division 3 championship game this weekend against Frontier Regional High School, 3-0. Frontier was the Division’s Western Champ and was also the #1 seed in its division with an 18-1 regular season record. Lynnfield started the tournament as the #3 seed in the North Division with a 17-3 regular season record.
Town Business: The selectmen meet tonight at town hall at 7 p.m.

Gathering Change: Tonight at 7 p.m., local nonprofit Gathering Change, which sends donated spare change to area food pantries, holds its fourth annual meeting at the Old Meeting House in Lynnfield.
Ella Fitzgerald Talk: Bill Sarno’s series on the lives of America’s classic musical performers continues this Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. to noon at the Old Meeting with a talk about Ella Fitzgerald. Up next is a talk about Frank Sinatra on Tuesday, December 4, also from 10 a.m. to noon.

Low Vision Support Group – Tomorrow at 10 a.m., the Lynnfield Senior Center welcomes guest speaker Kimberly Zaniewski of Low Vision Works for a presentation that addresses the needs of those suffering from low vision.
