Town Business: Tonight, there is a selectmen's meeting at 7 p.m. at town hall. Tomorrow night, the school committee meets in the high school media center at 7 p.m.

Pioneer Sports Action: Lots of games today – the boys varsity tennis team plays on the road against North Andover with a 3:30 p.m. match, while the girls varsity team plays at home at that time, also against North Andover. The girls varsity lacrosse plays at home against Swampscott at 3:45 p.m, while the varsity team plays that opponent at 5:30 p.m. Boys varsity and junior varsity baseball teams both have road games at Hamilton Wenham at 3:45 p.m., while the girls varsity and junior varsity teams play at home againat Pentucket at 3:45 p.m.

Library Event: The has a 3:45 p.m. party to celebrate the birth of Margaret Wise Brown (1910-1952), perhaps best known as the author of Goodnight Moon, The Runaway Bunny and The Little Fur Family. Bring the kids for a craft and birthday refreshments and stories.

Lynnfield Idol Finals: Tomorrow night, we'll find out who the winner of the Lynnfield Idol competition is. The finals competition is at Lynnfield High School Tuesday, May 24 from 7-10 p.m. Admission $5.

Blood Pressure Clinic: On Tuesdays, the has a blood pressure clinic at 10 a.m.
