Job Shadowing Day: Each spring, the Lynnfield Business Coalition helps match up students at Lynnfield High School with local businesses in the industries they may someday want to work in. Fit For Life Program: Lynnfield resident Louis DiBiccari runs the Beyond Self Defense studio in Wakefield, and he’s offering a special new Fit For Life program for baby boomers and seniors. The program incorporates Tai Chi, weightlifting, Chinese Chi Gong for spinal alignment, silk reeling exercises and even some line dance. Seniors pay $30 a month and non-seniors, $40 a month.
