Five Things You Need To Know: July 25

Conservation commission, planning board scheduled to meet this week.

Today is Monday, June 25, 2011. Here are five things you need to know:

Town Business: There are several meetings scheduled next week for town business. The conservation commission has a meeting now scheduled for Wednesday, July 27 at 6:30 p.m. in the selectmen's room. A meeting of the town's tree committee is set for the night at 7 p.m. in the town hall conference room. On Wednesday, the planning board has a 7:30 p.m. meeting in the planning board office at town hall.

Library Board: Also next week, there is a special meeting of the Lynnfield Library trustees on Monday at 6 p.m.

Writing Group: On Monday mornings at 10 a.m., a writing group meets at the Lynnfield Senior Center to write their stories, poetry and memories.

Lunch And A Movie: Speaking of the senior center, on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. they are having lunch and a movie, which in this case will be "Secretariat." Cost is $2.
