Today is Monday, July 23. Here are five things you need to know.

Lego Night: The has a Lego Night tonight at 6 p.m.  for kids aged 6 and up. The library supplies the Legos.

Concert On The Common: This week’s concert on the Lynnfield Common is Wednesday, July 25 at 6 p.m. featuring the Squeezebox Stompers.

Lunch And Travel Log: On Tuesday, July 31 at 11:30 a.m., the Lynnfield Senior Center has a lunch and travel log planned featuring Rick Steves’ Eastern Europe video. $5, sign up in advance with Elaine in the activity office. Seating limited.

Walk Of Hope For ALS: Coming up on Saturday, September 8, it’s the 11th Annual Walk of Hope to Benefit ALS research. Proceeds benefit the Angel Fund, which is devoted to fighting ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. Registration begins at 9 a.m. that day and the walk is at 11 a.m.  To get involved as an individual or as a team, go to www.theangelfund.org or call the Angel Fund at 781-245-7070.  Donations to the Angel Fund can also be sent to 649 Main Street, Wakefield, MA 01880.  Companies interested in sponsorship opportunities are also sought

State Police Request: The State Police are continuing to look for information in the road rage-related shooting incident that took place Sunday, July 1  around 12:15 p.m. on Route 495 in Merrimac, leaving a 16 year old girl injured.  Anyone who may have information or recollections of seeing something that day is asked to call the state police at (978) 462-7478.
