Town Business: The Lynnfield Board of Appeals meeting for Tuesday, January 8, 2013, will change its location from the selectmen’s room in Town Hall to the Lynnfield Middle School media center. The meeting is at 7:30 pm. Also - the selectmen meet Monday night in the selectmen's room at town hall at 7 p.m.

Electronics Recycling: Do you have some electronics you want to get rid of? There’s an electronics recycling drive coming up in Wakefield on Saturday, Jan. 5. Click here for more information.

SEPAC: The Lynnfield Special Education Parents Advisory Council holds a presentation on basic rights in special education this Wednesday, Jan. 16 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Lynnfield Preschool. All are welcome to attend. The workshop will help participants learn about special education law, the processes involving special education, and what their rights are.

Food For Fines: Today is the last day of the Lynnfield Library’s food for fines program. Instead of paying cash fines for your overdue books and movies, you can bring in canned goods and other items for those in need. Click here for more information.
