Today is Wednesday, January 2. Here are five things you need to know.

Those seeking a vaccine must have no allergies to eggs or egg products and must have no history of Guillain Barre Syndrome. There is a $10 fee for those whose insurance is not accepted.

Chair Yoga: Join Kathy Riese at the Lynnfield Senior Center as she leads you through a gentle form of yoga that is known to help with such illnesses as hypertension, anxiety, chronic pain and more.  Wednesdays at 9:45. $5.00 per 45 minute class. Your 1st class is free. Come and give it a try!

Weather: The National Weather Service forecast shows clear and cold weather for the rest of the week. Nighttime temperatures are expected to be under 20 degrees at night through the week, with only a slight chance of snow seen on Thursday night.
