Puppet Show: If you’re looking for a cure for possible cabin fever by Sunday, at 2 p.m. puppeteer Brad Shur performs at the Unitarian Universalist Church on Main Street with Magic Soup in a fundraiser for the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry. Dessert Demonstration: Tabatha from Sunrise Assisted Living will be at the Lynnfield Senior Center on Wednesday, February 13th at 12:30 p.m. to demonstrate one of her favorite desserts. Free, but you must sign up.

Play on Sunday: The Quannapowitt Players are putting on a new play by Dustin Lance Black, “8,” which focuses on the legal battle over California’s Proposition 8 same-sex marriage ban. Fresh Air Fund: The Fresh Air Fund is looking for families in the area who would be willing to host a young person from New York City this summer from July 11 to July 22.
