LCC Coffeehouse: The next Lynnfield Community Church Coffeehouse tonight when the Paul Harty Band plays. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and shows go from 7:45 to 9 p.m. For more about the artist, click here.

Girl Scout Cookies: Lynnfield’s Cadette Troop 60186 reportedly plans to sell Girl Scout cookies this Saturday next to the Lynnfield Library starting at 10 a.m. Cookies are $4 per box.

Hands on History: It's George Washington's Birthday today - at 2 p.m.,  bring the kids by the Lynnfield Library for a “Hands on History” presentation about the Revolutionary War era with Dennis Cormier who will let the kids handle some artifacts and try on vintage clothing

Town Business: The selectmen meet Monday at town hall at 7 p.m. The school committee meets Tuesday at town hall at 7 p.m.

From the Lynnfield Senior Center -Michelle Caron from the American Society of Legal Nurse Consultants will lead an interactive discussion that centers around sexuality, closeness and the need to be involved with others. She will also review how diabetes, hypertension, medications and other stressors come into play. Tues. March 5th at 12:30. Free. Please sign up. Lunch will be served at 11:30 for $2.00/$3.00. You must sign up for lunch by noon the day before. Sign up separately for the lunch and the lecture.
