Five Things You Need To Know, Dec. 19

Holiday Concert tonight, Teddy Bears for Newtown, and Lynnfield Youth Lacrosse registration is underway.

Today is Wednesday, December 19. Here are five things you need to know.

Holiday Concert:
Tonight at 7 p.m., the Lynnfield Library hosts the Lynnfield Schools Annual Holiday Concert, featuring the LMS and LHS choral groups performing a variety of holiday songs.

Teddy Bears For Newtown: As noted this morning, you can drop off a teddy bear to be sent to kids in Newtown, Connecticut at any of the Cervizzi’s Martial Arts locations, including the one in Post Office Square, Lynnfield. Two local teachers started the project earlier this week in response to last week’s killings in that town. To learn more, check out their Facebook page here.

Lynnfield Youth Lacrosse: Registration is open until January 2 for Lynnfield Youth Lacrosse. Fee is $195 and games are on Sundays during the springtime. Open to boys in grades 1 through 8.  To learn more or to register, visit the LYL website here.
