Five Things Worth Knowing Today: Get Your Wenham Museum Passes Now at the Library

Today is Monday, April 1st. Here are five things worth knowing today.

Opening Day: The first pitch of the 2013 Red Sox is expected today at 1:05 p.m. at Yankee Stadium.

Library Museum Passes: The Lynnfield Library has announced that that the Wenham Museum is the latest addition to its selection of available museum passes. The program includes a variety of other destinations ranging from the Mass. State parks to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum to MFA and more.

From the Lynnfield Senior Center: Lunch and a Lecture: Treasures from the Trash: Before you throw out the “junk” from the basement, listen to what Henry Jensen has to tell us.  Tuesday, April 2 at 12:30. Free. Please sign up. Lunch will be served at 11:30 for $2.00/$3.00. You must sign up for lunch by noon Monday. Please sign up separately for lunch and the lecture.

Lynnfield Community Church Coffeehouse:  The next coffeehouse at the Lynnfield Community Church on Salem Street is Friday, April 12th with electronic pianist Janice Nikitin Stravinskas. Click here for more information.

Linden Tree Coffeehouse: Each year, the Linden Tree Coffeehouse series in Wakefield welcomes a variety of prominent folk acts and other artists.
