Two MarketStreet Lynnfield Businesses Holding Grand Openings

Today is Wednesday, October 2. Here are five things worth knowing today.

This afternoon from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Lynnfield Library, it’s the Afternoon Art Explorers Club for grades K-4. This month’s meeting looks at the work of Ed Emberley, illustrator of “Go Away, Big Green Monster,” and others. 

Pinkberry celebrates the grand opening of its new MarketStreet Lynnfield location – Thursday, October 3 - with free frozen yogurt and toppings from 5 to 8 p.m. The location then opens for normal business hours on Friday.

Also on Thursday, Loft celebrates its grand opening at MarketStreet Lynnfield with a grand opening party from 5 to 8 p.m. featuring refreshments and live music, as well as a chane to win a $250 Loft shopping spree and a free tote with purchase of $75 or more. 

Looking ahead to next Thursday, October 10, RN Esthetics and Laser Company at 40 Salem Street in Lynnfield is holding a Skin Medica Peel Event from 5 to 8 p.m. There’s a $100 attendance fee – Call 781-587-1403 for more. 

Reading Municipal Light Department has announced an open houses next Thursday, October 10 from 2 to 5 p.m. at 226 Ash Street in Reading (RMLD Garage and Tent). The open house features bucket truck rides, lineman dress up and demos, and face paintings and hard hat decoration, and more, as well as a free raffle to retrofit your home with up to $500 of LED bulbs.
