Updated: Shopping Locally With Lynnfield's Etsy.com Artisans

Looking for some local last-minute Christmas gifts? Lynnfield, like other nearby towns, has its share of artisans on Etsy.com.

With less than two weeks before Christmas, people who are looking for a unique gift idea often like to look locally – including on websites like Etsy.com where creative types from Lynnfield and other surrounding communities are selling a wide variety of creations - and none of it involves having to drive back up 128 or Route 1 to a mall.

Here’s a look at some of the shops on Etsy.com that currently call Lynnfield home:

Joseph Pare, aka, "stonelampguy" creates lamps made from stacked beach stones and other materials. Since we last spoke to him in a 2011 Lynnfield Patch article, it looks like he's also started selling some salsa. Check out his shop here

Tattered Tale, owned by Patrick Hashem, specializes in custom built, refurbished and repurposed furniture. Check out his shop here.

Darius Customs Shop: Dario Techera of Lynnfield has a selection of League of Legends, Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto mouse pads on sale for just under $10 each. Check them out here.
