RMLD Plans Customer Service Survey

Random poll of area residents to take place this month.

Note: The following is a press release from Reading Municipal Light Department:

During the month of February, (RMLD) will be conducting a telephone customer survey to measure customer satisfaction with the services offered by the utility.

The survey itself will be conducted by The Center for Research, a national research organization with over 50 years of combined industry experience.  A random sample of 400 customers from Reading, North Reading, Lynnfield and Wilmington will be contacted by telephone. The survey firm will not have access to any RMLD customer account information.

As required by the Code of Ethics of the National Council on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974, The Center for Research maintains the anonymity of respondents to surveys the firm conducts.  No information will be released that might, in any way, reveal the identity of any survey respondent.
