Foundation for the future home of the Yardhouse Restaurant is now reportedly complete, foundation of future home of Whole Foods now about 75% complete.

In an update on its marketstreetconstruction.com website this week, National Development reports that foundations for a number of the buildings in its first phase of retail buildings are “well underway,” with the foundation of the building that will house Whole Foods now said to be about 75% complete.

The foundation for the future site of the Yardhouse Restaurant is reportedly 100% complete, while preparations for structural steel erections on two buildings have begun as well. “The projected commencement date for steel erection is October 1, 2012 for both buildings,” reports the Market Street website, going on to add that underground utilities are also now being installed and that paving operations on the site will begin in late September running through the end of the year.
