Jeanne's Bakeshop Donates to Haven From Hunger
Lynnfield business donated a portion of Thursday's sales to local hunger relief organization.
On Thursday, Jeanne's Bakeshop, located in the Center Court shops across from the Old Meeting House and the Town Common, reported that it was donating a portion of the day's sales to Haven from Hunger, .
In a followup email to Lynnfield Patch, Jeanne Barbaro reported that the bakery would be sending $75 to Haven from Hunger.
Co-owners Jeanne and Joe Barbaro reportedly contacted the organization earlier this year and advertised it on their Facebook page while the promotion also ran on the Haven from Hunger website. Area business owners interested in doing something similar can inquire with Haven from Hunger at 978-531-1530.
