Davio's Owner To Do Book Signing/Cooking Demo Saturday
Steve DeFillippo, chef/owner at Davio's and a former Lynnfield resident, is at Williams Sonoma at MarketStreet Lynnfield Saturday cooking and talking about his book.
Steve DiFillippo, the chef/owner of Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, will hold a cooking demo and book signing this Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Williams Sonoma at MarketStreet Lynnfield.
DiFillippo, a former Lynnfield resident, will sign copies of his recently published book “It’s All About The Guest,” which is described as “the ultimate guide to starting a restaurant, running a successful business, enjoying food and living life.”
Davio’s was among the first tenants to open earlier this year at the MarketStreet Lynnfield development. On Saturday, DiFillippo will demonstrate three dishes from his restaurant: Kobe Beef Meatball with Tomato Sauce Caciovallo, Handmade Potato Gnocchi with Bolognese Sauce, and Warm Chocolate Cake.
