Photo Gallery: Bow Ridge Reservation II

Earlier this summer, I started exploring some of Lynnfield's open spaces with an eye on assembling some photo galleries, which have been running on Monday mornings.

Many readers have emailed or spoken to me about the photos that were shot this day . Further in to what is now the Bow Ridge Reservation, there is also the Skull Rock mural, which a couple of weeks ago.

This particular gallery was shot kind of in between those two places, particularly around the rocky overlooks not far from Route 1 and some nearby dwellings.

The land here is rugged and from a photography perspective, is the sort of place where you'll never get the same picture twice because of the elements, seasons, and things like shadows and light.

This leaves me with one remaining gallery of photos to run from the Bow Ridge Reservation area, which will run next Monday morning. They were shot in some of the wetlands and rocky areas on the other side of the power lines, and I'm looking forward to sharing those. From there, I plan to visit a handful of other town conservation areas in the coming weeks with an eye on giving readers some new perspectives on their local lands.
