Chef Franco Caritano Demonstrates a Seafood Pasta Dish

Chef Franco Caritano, executive chef at The Ship on Route 1 in Lynnfield, creates a dish you can make at home.

Earlier this Summer, Chef Franco Caritano, executive chef at The Ship on Route 1 in Lynnfield, agreed to cook some of the restaurant's menu items on video. This is the first of three videos that will run in this website during the month of August. In this one, Chef Franco cooks up a seafood pasta dish using the following ingredients: 

Fettucine
Grape Tomatoes
Yellow Tomatoes
Asparagus
Dry Pack Sea Scallops
Shrimp
Lemongrass
Basil (Julienned)
Olive Oil 
Chopped Garlic (or Shallots)
White Wine (or Chicken Stock)
