Chef Franco Caritano Cooks Thai Scallops
Executive Chef at The Ship on Route 1 in Lynnfield demonstrates some popular menu items you can also try at home.
Earlier this Summer, Chef Franco Caritano, executive chef at The Ship on Route 1 in Lynnfield, agreed to cook some of the restaurant's menu items on video. This is the third of three videos that will run in this website during the month of August. In this one, Chef Franco cooks up a Thai scallop dish using the following ingredients:
Lemongrass
Fresh Ginger
Scallops
Shallots
Sesame or Peanut Oil
Garlic
Red Pepper
Coconut Milk
Green Curry Paste
Bok Choy
Salt and Pepper
Scallions
