Scouts Collecting Items For Hurricane Sandy Victims

Trailer will be in town from Sunday through Friday of the coming week. The following items are needed to help victims of the storm:

The following is an announcement from Boy Scout Troop 48:

Boy Scout Troop 48 Lynnfield is leading efforts with local Boy Scout and Girl Scout Troops and community organizations to partner with the Scouts from the Aquehonga District, the home of Boy Scouts on Staten Island, New York, to coordinate the donation of needed supplies to families affected by Hurricane Sandy on Staten Island.

Starting Sunday, November 11, a 48' trailer will be on site at the Lynnfield Middle School, 505 Main Street, Lynnfield, to gather supplies.  We will take in donated items from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Sunday and Monday, November 11 and 12 and from 3:00 - 6:00 PM, Tuesday - Friday, November 13 - 16. The trailer will leave early on Saturday, November 17 for Boy Scout Camp Pouch on Staten Island, NY.

The donation of clothing is no longer required in the Staten Island, NY area and will not be accepted at the trailer.
