Fundraiser To Help Local Family With Leukemia Battle

The “Rally 4 Reynolds” committee is excited to be ringing in the New Year with a fundraiser for a Wakefield family.  Committee spokesperson Nancy Rollins states:  “Keith Reynolds, a native of Wakefield, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in September.  Help us help them enter the New Year feeling the support of their community!  The tickets for the fundraiser being held this Saturday night at the Elks are going fast!” 

Committee spokesperson Nancy Rollins states: “As we all know, an illness of this magnitude is a tremendous financial burden. As a committee made up of friends and family, we are happy to report that the "Rally 4 Reynolds" is kindly asking Wakefield residents and their families and friends to please join us for an evening of family, friends, love, hope and fun as we “Rally 4 Reynolds”.  We hope to see many families and friends for a night of music and camaraderie this Saturday, January 12th!  While the event will certainly be a great deal of fun for all ages, it will also allow the family to feel that their community and friends are there to support them during this exceptionally delicate time. We hope that our community will consider supporting this worthy cause in whatever way they can.”

The committee has organized a special fundraising event that will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013; from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM at the Wakefield Lodge of Elks.  Tickets are $25 per person and include a buffet dinner and music. There will be raffles, a silent auction, and a 50/50 raffle!
