Stress Reduction Workshop

Group meeting on Tuesdays from 9:30-10:15.  Reduce stress and anxiety through mindfulness meditation, yoga poses and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring mat.  Group will run for 6 weeks from October 1st-November 5th.  Cost of this workshop is $180.
