Lynnfield Youth Travels to Nashville for Model UN Conference
Eric Simonelli of Lynnfield, a junior at Boston College High School, a member of the school's Model United Nations Club, traveled to Nashville, Tenn for a three day conference at Vanderbilt University. At the assembly, Simonelli worked for Partners in Health in the Non-governmental organizations committee.
While in Nashville, Simonelli and his 22 fellow students dined at the historic Wildhorse Saloon, where he learned to dance the two-step.The group also toured Vanderbilt University and visited Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage, which included his grave site, mansion, estate and Presidential Library.
Boston College High School is a Jesuit, Catholic, college-preparatory school for young men founded in 1863. The school enrolls approximately 1600 students from more than 100 communities in eastern Massachusetts. For more http://www.bchigh.edu
