Superintendent Search Forum Tonight, Fields Project Forum Tomorrow

Today is Tuesday, October 8. Here are five things worth knowing today.

Superintendent Search Forum – Tonight at 7 p.m., there are forums scheduled at Lynnfield High School and Summer Street School by their respective PTOs to discuss the search for a new school superintendent. Click here for more information from the Lynnfield School District.

Speaking of forums, there’s one scheduled tomorrow night at Lynnfield Middle School at 7 p.m. to discuss the athletic fields project that will go before voters at the October 21 town meeting.

Tonight from 6 to 7 p.m., it’s Lego Night at the Lynnfield Library for kids aged 6 and up. The library provides the Legos. No registration needed, just stop in. 

Do you have new or gently used winter coats you can donate to kids in need? Starting on Monday, October 14 you can drop them off at Anton’s Cleaners, 8 Centre Court in Lynnfield, as well as at other area locations. Click here for more information

The next meeting of the Centre Club is Wednesday, October 16 at the Church of Jesus Chris of Latter Day Saints, 400 Essex Street in Lynnfield. The club was founded in 1925 and includes women from all over the North Shore. Click here to learn more about this month’s meeting.
