Recreation Committee Has Upcoming Movie Night

Today is Tuesday, October 1. Here are five things worth knowing today.

The Lynnfield Recreation Committee has announced a movie night on Friday October 18. You can drop your kids off in their PJs with a sleeping bag for 6:10 p.m. and pick them up after the movie ends at 8:40 p.m. Price is $12, which also includes two pieces of pizza. Rep. Brad Jones has announced a constituent service hour for Friday, October 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Lynnfield Town Hall. 

Coming up next Wednesday, October 9, the Lynnfield Library’s Curious About Cuisine group meets from 3 to 4 p.m. This month’s focus is “Eat Those Leafy Greens” with Lynnfield nutritionist and cookbook author Anna Tourkakis. 

From the Lynnfield Senior Center - Home Care: What you should know: Jo-Ann Thibault from the Elder Insider will be here to discuss the many home care options and resources available to you. The Massachusetts State and New England Champion Masco Youth Wrestling will hold registration for all wrestlers on November 6th and November 13th at the wrestling room at the Route 1 Sportsplex in Danvers from 6pm until 8pm. The program is open to all interested wrestlers (not just those in Boxford, Topsfield & Middleton) in Grades K-8.
