Historical Society Presents 'The Story Trunk' Tonight

A look at what's coming up in and around Lynnfield.

Today is Tuesday, October 22. Here are five things worth knowing today.

On Tuesday, October 22 at 7 p.m., the Lynnfield Historical Society hosts a performance of “The Story Trunk” at the Old Meeting House with Anne Barrett. The presentation features stories about items taken from an antique trunk.

Author Series Continues: On Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., Dan Gordon, author of “Haunted Baseball: Ghosts, Curses, Legends and Eerie Events” will speak at the Old Meeting House.

From The Lynnfield Senior Center: Dr Macari will be here to discuss Osteopathy, a form of alternative healthcare. Osteopathy promotes healing through the practice of manual and manipulative therapy. It has been shown to help treat many conditions, including diabetes, high cholesterol, arthritic problems and more. Tues. Oct. 29th at 12:30. Free. Please sign up. Lunch is served at 11:30 for $2.00/$3.00. You must sign up for lunch by noon the day before.
