Book Sale and Pleasure Island Site Tour This Weekend

A look at what's coming up in and around Lynnfield.

Today is Friday, October 18. Here are five things worth knowing today.

On Tuesday, October 22 at 7 p.m., the Lynnfield Historical Society hosts a performance of “The Story Trunk” at the Old Meeting House with Anne Barrett. The presentation features stories about items taken from an antique trunk.

The new season of Standing Room Only Concerts kicks off on Saturday, October 19 at 7:30 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church in downtown Wakefield with Zulu Time, an acoustic trio specializing in jazz, folk and much more. Tickets are available at www.sroconcerts.org
