Annual Gingerbread House Contest Is Dec. 7

The 9th annual Lynnfield Recreation and Girl Scouts of Lynnfield Gingerbread House Contest is Saturday, Dec. 7 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Centre Congregational Church, the same day as the town’s tree lighting. Email recreation@town.lynnfield.ma.us or call 781-334-9488 for more information.

Coming up on Friday, Nov. 15, the Centre Congregational Church has a kids night out for kids aged 3-10. Drop your kids off and enjoy an evening out, the Ambassador Girl Scout Troop 60452 11th/12th graders will watch them, $15 per child, includes cheese pizza for dinner. More information here.

From the Lynnfield Senior Center: Lunch and Lecture: Chiropractic care - Dr Briggs will be here to talk about the many benefits of chiropractic care. On Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m., the Beebe Library welcomes cave explorer Aaron Tester for a talk about his experiences exploring the various types of caves found in Virginia, West Virginia and Kentucky and elsewhere.
