Come join Christina and Emily for an hour of Zumba(R) Fitness!! It is a fun, exhilarating, latin-based dance exercise, that feels like a party! Anyone is welcome: men, women, children, adults! Come give it a try, there aren't many Zumba(R) classes in the area and we are planning on adding another class!
