PROGRAM CURRICULUM     

1. SELF DEFENSE AGAINST SINGLE OR MULTIPLE ATTACKS; STANDING OR ON THE GROUND.

1. HOW TO RECOGNIZE AND DEAL WITH THE NEGATIVITY OF PEER PRESSURE & BULLYING.

3. IMPROVE PERSONALITY & SELF ESTEEM.

THIS IS A PROGRAM FOR KIDS 8 TO 12

At 12, your child will begin making life changing decisions and have to deal with many self esteem issues.

Let’s help them get rid of their demons, make friends, smart decisions and live a healthy, happy, safe life.
