When Lynnfield celebrates its next new year, some things will look pretty different when it comes to the town's business scene. The MarketStreet at Lynnfield project is set to open later in 2013, bringing a mix of new restaurants, retailers, homes and more to the town.

So far, some businesses expected to set up shop in Lynnfield over the next 12 months include Whole Foods, Davio's, Legal C Bar and J.P. Licks Ice Cream. In Another high-profile business re-opening we expect to see early in 2013 is the longtime Route 1 landmark The Ship.
