Lynnfield Middle School sixth grader Neil Arora was the winner of the school's annual spelling bee. Lynnfield Middle School teacher Gail Piccinni served as the bee's coordinator on Thursday, February 14, 2013.

The runner-up was another sixth grader, Quinn Adams. Both Neil and Quinn competed with fellow students in grades five through eight. Neil will represent Lynnfield Middle School at the Regional Spelling Bee sponsored by The Lynn Daily Item on Friday, March 15 at 6:30 p.m. at Breed Middle School in Lynn.
