Moreno was arraigned at Peabody District Court Monday morning. Judge Richard Mori set bail at $500 cash. He will be back in court on Sept. 29 for a pre-trial hearing.

Why would you drive from Roxbury if the business wasn't here? He knew exactly where to park he must have many clients in the town.
