At 11:36 a.m. Saturday, Lynnfield Police responded to a complaint of a suspicious person on Harvey Park seated in a vehicle.

There have been several complaints of possible drug activity at that location in recent weeks, police said. Officers Kilroy, Secatore, and Sergeant Lamusta responded.

After conducting an investigation, Officer Nicholas Secatore located 44 bags of heroin inside the vehicle. Officer Secatore arrested David S. Moreno, 21, of 75 Dewitt Dr. Roxbury. He was charged with illegal possession of a Class A drug, illegal possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, and a controlled substance violation near a school zone.

Moreno was arraigned at Peabody District Court Monday morning. Judge Richard Mori set bail at $500 cash. He will be back in court on Sept. 29 for a pre-trial hearing.

Why would you drive from Roxbury if the business wasn't here? He knew exactly where to park he must have many clients in the town.

There is also a map on the right hand side of the page, where you should be able to see where the incident took place :)

The liberal judges are the problem. They should stop being appointed and start being elected.
