A typical poll question on Lynnfield Patch is more likely to ask about issues that strictly involve the town. But that said, a lot of parents and educators happen to read this website fairly regularly and there's a good chance they will have some interesting perspectives to offer on the "Race To Nowhere" movie that will be shown in Lynnfield on Thursday, March 29 at the Middle School. The film basically explores the question of whether school children have too much scheduling in their lives on any given day.

Lynnfield Patch recently asked Dr. Thomas Jefferson, superintendent of the Lynnfield School District, for his thoughts on the film and whether young people are too over-scheduled these days.
