Last week, this website ran a couple of photos showing the demolition work at the old restaurant at the Colonial property, where celebrities and Boston sports legends would hang out back in the day.
On Friday, workers had largely moved on to demolishing the old golf course pro shop, which was designed in a fashion very reminiscent of the early to mid Space Age.
These pictures include a couple of images from before the demolition (for posterity of course), followed by a handful taken after work had been underway for much of the day.
The removal of the buildings took longer than expected, but workers now appear set to begin developing more of the MarketStreet Lynnfield project in the coming months.
