On Friday, we'll see a new batch of outdoor photos of some impressive local bird life taken by Suzy Julian. For now though, here's a separate image sent in by Suzy for today featuring a turkey vulture on a phone pole near Forest Hill and Summer Street. Personally, the sight of such a large imposing bird with outstretched wings reminds me of something from one of my old Slayer CDs. So I liked this one right away of course.
